Privacy Notice

Who we are

This notice covers the waitlist at skinmirror.miox.io and is prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

The data controller is miox. You can reach us at info@miox.io.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we only record: your email address, the date and time you submitted it, and the page and language (Turkish or English) you submitted it from.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

We use this data to tell you when the Skin Mirror app opens and when early access starts. Nothing else.

Our legal basis is the explicit consent you give by ticking the box on the form (KVKK Article 5/1).

Where it is stored

Your data is stored in Zoho Bigin, the customer records service we use, in Zoho's European Union data center. This means your data is transferred outside Turkey, to the EU. This transfer also relies on the explicit consent you give by ticking that box (KVKK Article 9).

We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until our launch and early access emails are done, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you can: find out whether your data is processed and ask for details, learn why it is processed and whether it is used for that purpose, know who it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong or incomplete, ask for it to be deleted, ask that these changes be passed on to those it was shared with, object to an outcome against you that comes only from automated analysis, and claim compensation if you are harmed by unlawful processing.

How to leave the list

You can withdraw your consent anytime. Just reply to any email we send you, or write to info@miox.io. We will remove you from the list and delete your data.
